Pixel King UK Listing Publisher

Pixel King UK Listing Publisher is a private desktop application operated by Pixel King UK. It is used by Pixel King UK to manage product content on its own Pinterest business account.

Information Processed

The application may process:

• Etsy product information imported by the user from a CSV file, including listing titles, descriptions, links, prices, tags and image locations.
• Pinterest board and Pin information obtained through the Pinterest API.
• Images selected by the user for publication.
• Pinterest OAuth access and refresh tokens required to connect the application to the authorised Pinterest account.

How Information Is Used

Information is used only to display and organise Etsy listings, compare them with existing Pinterest Pins, prepare Pin titles and descriptions, publish user-selected products and images, and maintain the authorised Pinterest connection.

Data Storage

The application runs locally on the user's computer. Pinterest application credentials and OAuth tokens are stored locally in the application's data folder.

Imported CSV information is processed locally. Product information and images are sent to Pinterest only when the user chooses to publish a Pin.

Data Sharing

Pixel King UK does not sell, rent or trade personal information. Information is shared with Pinterest only as necessary to authenticate the account, read authorised board and Pin information, and publish Pins requested by the user.

The application does not collect or store the user's Pinterest password.

Third-Party Services

The application uses services provided by Pinterest and may link to Etsy product pages. Use of those services is also governed by the privacy policies and terms of Pinterest and Etsy.

Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored application data remains on the user's computer until it is deleted by the user. Pinterest access can be removed through Pinterest account settings or by deleting the application's locally stored settings.

Pins already published to Pinterest remain subject to the user's Pinterest account settings and can be deleted through Pinterest.

Security

Reasonable steps are taken to protect locally stored credentials and tokens. Access to the computer and application should be limited to authorised users.

Children's Privacy

The application is not intended for use by children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when the application's functionality or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when revisions are made.
